Abstract

The objective of this work was oriented to strengthen the skills of inorganic chemistry in ninth grade students of the rural educational institution Presbítero Mario Angel of Argelia Antioquia. From didactic sequences with the support of a blog. The methodology used was of quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope and a comparative sequential exploratory design. The sample was formed as a non pyrobalistic sample for convenience, bearing in mind that the students under study are students of the researcher teacher. The group is made up of 13 students. The instruments used for data collection were a diagnostic test (pretest) and an exit test (post-test). The intervention design was based on didactic sequences supported by a blog. The results obtained with the design and implementation of the didactic sequences are reflected in the approach to the topic, where it is perceived in the students that they make a comprehensive reading of the topics seen, in addition it is observed that there is appropriation of some terms and the use and exploration of the blog.  In turn, this was evident in the exit test (post-test) where students applied topics seen in the blog, which facilitated better results.
