MEDIACIÓN DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN EL ÁMBITO EDUCATIVO CONTEMPORÁNEO: REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA DE TENDENCIAS Y DESAFÍOS PEDAGÓGICOS (2020-2025)

El artículo expone la revisión sistemática sobre el rol que desempeña la inteligencia artificial (IA) como mediadora en los procesos educativos actuales. El objetivo del trabajo fue estudiar las tendencias, los efectos pedagógicos, las metodologías y los problemas vinculados al uso de la IA en la educación entre los años 2020 al 2025. Se aplicó el protocolo PRISMA para la búsqueda y selección de información de bases de datos académicas como Scopus, ERIC, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google Scholar utilizando cadenas de búsqueda estructuradas. Se seleccionaron 25 artículos con los criterios de inclusión vinculados al carácter actual, a la pertinencia de la temática y a la calidad de la metodología. Los resultados evidencian el uso creciente de la IA para personalizar el aprendizaje, para automatizar las tareas del profesorado y para mejorar la retroalimentación educativa. No obstante, se advierten las limitaciones en la preparación de los docentes, en los marcos éticos y en la equidad en el acceso a las tecnologías. Se concluye que la implementación de la IA en la educación exige las integraciones críticas, contextualizadas y humanas. Por último, se sugiere dictar los programas de formación docente, establecer las políticas educativas inclusivas y hacer un uso ético y pedagógico de la inteligencia artificial a lo largo de los diferentes niveles del sistema educativo.
