Teaching models in pedagogy set the standard for how knowledge is transmitted. Teaching is a practice as ancient as humanity itself. The theorization of pedagogical models helps us differentiate the ways in which teaching is being conducted. Although these theories and contributions were formulated only a few centuries ago, it is interesting to see how the principles of different models (traditional, behaviorist, constructivist, socioconstructivist, and liberating critical) are reflected in the biblical text, which is over three thousand years old, and how this text still has a significant impact on contemporary society. Each pedagogical model is well-differentiated and theorized by philosophers, psychologists, teachers, and biologists of different nationalities, recognized for their postulates and literary works. It is also important to highlight that the Bible was written by around forty people from different times, societies, professions, and perspectives. That is to say, the Bible is a compendium of books, which interestingly possess thousands of interrelations, making it a unique and attractive literature to analyze.
