FORMATIVE EVALUATION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH STUDENT MOTIVATION IN THE CONTEXT OF BASIC SECONDARY EDUCATION: BIBLIOGRAPHIC REVIEW

The currently research bibliographic review about the formative evaluation and the connection with the student motivation in contest of basic high school. The main purpose of this research is contributing to the discussion about the formative evaluation starting with the fundamental concepts, characteristics, the difference between additive evaluation and the relation with the theories that have influence in motivation. The Work method (methodology)will be making a detailed over review in research motors for example Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc from 2020 to 2025 using selection criteria in index journals. Finding the result then several institutions do not implement accurate strategies, finally, we conclude that the formative evaluation makes it possible to appreciate and redefine the teaching practice and at the same time promote meaningful and contextualized learnings in the students for the development of the skills.
