Abstract

Education in recent times has been influenced by the changes and transformations brought about by technological advances, giving rise to issues that must be addressed, such as ethics, social justice, and inclusion. Therefore, it is important to bear in mind that all these elements will form part of the education system, and this is where the intention of this scientific essay lies: to reflect on the dissociation between the ethics of social justice and the implementation of inclusion in the educational context. The methodology adopted is based on documentary analysis, including a literature review that focuses on the development and approach of certain premises related to ethics and social justice in the Colombian education system and inclusive education in educational work; theoretical models on ethics, social justice, and inclusive education, together with strategies for linking the triad of ethics, social justice, and inclusive education, plus proactive actions that focus on trends and innovations in ethics, social justice, and inclusive education; From this perspective, it is pertinent to point out that the respective argument can be demonstrated so that teachers have at their disposal a set of knowledge focused on the ethics of social justice accompanying inclusion in the education system; thus, the aim is to improve the quality of education.
